If you are having your event in a state park, neighborhood clubhouse, your workplace, or the like, you will want to check for any requirements needed. I am fully insured and licensed and can provide any documentation needed.
I try to be a few minutes early to each event to allow for set up time. It is very unlikely for us to be late for an event. if you like we can call or text as we get close so you can get the kids ready for our arrival.
Please try to meet your prearranged event times as our schedule is very busy and we will need to leave by the scheduled time to make it to the next event on time.
We accept cash or credit cards for payment. There will be a 3% charge if using a credit card to cover processing fees.
Tipping is never expected but always appreciated.

DUE TO LIMITED AVAILABILITY THIS YEAR, 2021, ALL EVENTS WILL BE QUOTED BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Travel time to and from service location
Menu item choices
Number of servings, (Minimum number of servings required may apply)
Please note that either party may cancel for any reason up to the event time. Due to J’s Cone Zone being a one man operated small business we are susceptible to malfunctions that are out of our control. We will do all we can to make sure all of our events are met with satisfaction, but due to mechanical malfunctions or illness we may have to cancel. If this is the case I will do all I can to let you know ASAP.
